The Prestige Cleaning People Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides cleaning services to clients across Queensland and New South Wales. These Terms of Service govern the supply of our services to you.

 By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We will provide cleaning services as agreed in writing through quotes, schedules, or service confirmations.

Services are restricted to the inclusions set out in the agreed scope. Any variation must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you supply. If property conditions differ, we reserve the right to revise the price.

Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Access

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full invoice amount.

If we attend and cannot access or commence work, the full invoice amount is payable.

Rescheduling is subject to our availability.

4. Payment

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due seventy-two (72) hours prior to the commencement of the scheduled service. If payment is not received, we reserve the right not to attend the property and the booking will be deemed unconfirmed.

4.2 Alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing prior to the scheduled service.

4.3 If payment is not received by the required timeframe or as otherwise agreed, we may:

(a) cancel or suspend the scheduled service;

(b) apply late fees or interest at 2% per month; and/or

(c) recover the debt through a collection agency, with you liable for any reasonable costs of recovery.

5. Client Obligations

You must provide safe access, electricity, and water.

You must disclose hazards or site conditions before work begins.

You must not solicit or directly hire our employees or contractors.

6. Health and Safety

We comply with Work Health and Safety legislation in Queensland and New South Wales.

If conditions are unsafe, we may suspend or refuse work without liability.

7. Insurance and Liability

We hold Public Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation/WorkCover.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, construction defects, or unsafe site conditions.

Our liability is limited to re-supply of services or payment of the cost of re-supply, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Guarantees

We warrant that our services will be provided with due care and skill.

Where a builder’s inspection fails solely due to cleaning, we will return for a re-clean at no further cost (48-hour handover guarantee).

These guarantees do not restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We may collect and store your personal information for service and billing purposes.

We will not disclose your information except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland and New South Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of those states.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.
